According to the warden, Obado will be required to wear prison uniform commonly known as "Kuguru" upon arrival. He will spend his first night there before being assigned a working area the following day.
The warden explained that no inmate is allowed to stay idle regardless of their status. Obado could be sent to work on the prison farm or placed in an industry where he learns tailoring or furniture making.
He added that Obado will be expected to sweep and mop the area where he sleeps. Unlike police cells where visitors can bring food, prison inmates rely entirely on what is served to them.
The warden noted that Obado's past position as governor will carry no weight inside the facility. He said there are no beds in the general section, meaning inmates sleep on the floor.
Respect for officers is mandatory inside the prison, according to the account. Inmates are required to bow when speaking to an officer during counting time, a practice referred to as "Kukaba."
The warden further stated that whenever an officer calls out to an inmate, the expected response is "Yes Sir."
