Havi Calls On Kenyans To Reject Court Sessions Of Popular Female Judge, Says This

Vocal city Lawyer and the former President of the Law Society of Kenya has in his recent statement accused another High Court Judge of being corrupt and even calling for her removal from office.

In a bold statement through his official X page, the vocal Lawyer has argued that the people should exercise their residual power and ensue the rejection of Lady Justice Hellen Wastewater.

"The next Judge who the People should exercise the residual power of rejection is Lady Justice Hellen Wasilwa." Said the former President of the Law Society of Kenya.

According to the city Lawyer, Lady Justice Hellen Wasilwa has for a good number of times failed to appear before the Judicial Service commission (JSC ) to answer to the serious corruption charges against her.

Havi has gone further to accuse the High court Judge of misbehaving by obtaining orders to stop any form of investigations against her conduct.

Havi has even called on Kenyans to boycott her court sessions inorder to ensure that the High Court Judge is not allowed to represent the Judiciary in any manner.

"This Judge has avoided appearing before the JSC to answer to serious charges of misconduct and misbehavior and corruption by obtaining orders to stop investigations. Where ever she is, the People must boycott her Court." Added the former LSK President.
