Have You Seen Her? Conwoman, Winfred Ndinda, On The Run After Conning Man Sh200k

Police in Nairobi are not hunting for a woman accused of defrauding a man and other members of the public Sh200,000.

The suspected fraudster is accused of obtaining the cash from unsuspecting city residents under false pretenses of selling them Mobile phones and other household items by sharing the images through WhatsApp and Facebook pages.

According to a reliable source on Facebook by a social media user identified as Yvonne Karl, the fraudster identified by the name Winfred Ndinda Wambua has been going around conning unsuspecting Kenyans their hard earned money.

"Hello guys hope you are fine. Bellow is an imposter of a woman by the name Winfred ndinda wambua going around conning innocent people. Currently she is missing after conning my mum and her colleagues sh200k. if anyone here knows her whereabouts or traces please kindly reach out to me." The Facebook post by Karl, read out.

Kenyans who came across the post blamed the police officers for going slow on such incidents adding that similar cases should have been long gone.

Meanwhile, the police are currently tracing the suspect who is still at large.
