Tensions flared late Saturday into early Sunday as a bizarre twist emerged in the ongoing feud between Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.
Following a heated restaurant confrontation on January 3, where Alai allegedly pulled a gun on Owino over social media attacks targeting Alai’s wife, Beverly Madowo, a new voice has entered the fray.
Benji Ndolo, once accused online of being the father of Alai’s young son, has issued a stern warning to Owino.
Ndolo, brushing off the paternity rumors with humor, urged Owino to keep his security detail intact despite the MP’s claims of government retaliation.
“Rotate shifts and no withdrawal,” Ndolo advised, suggesting Owino’s safety hangs in the balance amid escalating political drama.
The incident, which left Owino shaken and Alai disarmed, has sparked mixed reactions online, with some questioning the motives behind the attack tied to Alai’s wife.
Amid police investigations, Ndolo’s unexpected counsel highlights the volatile mix of politics, personal vendettas, and public scrutiny in Kenya.
