President Ruto was today forced by an excited crowd to invite Raila Odinga Junior to speak at the closing ceremony of the Hon. Junet Mohamed Football Tournament in Suna East, Migori.
The event took place at Kadika Primary School and attracted thousands of locals eager to watch the finals.
