Babu Owino Teases Political Opponents After Receiving Kingly Welcome During Nyanza Region Tour

Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino, in what appears as a targeted message to his opponents within and out of the ODM Party, has said he will not bow to fear.

Taking to his Facebook account on Sunday, Babu has shared several photos taken from different angles during his Sunday tour of Nyanza region and, to be specific, Kisumu County in Nyando Constituency.

"Held a successful rally in NYANDO CONSTITUENCY. We gathered because we believe in something greater than fear.

"We gathered because we carry a hope that refuses to die. We gathered because we know that every generation is called to lift its voice and shape its destiny.

"The challenges we face are real. Many have felt forgotten, unheard, or left behind.

"But let this be the moment we turn pain into purpose, frustration into focus, and doubt into determination," Babu posted on Facebook.

The trip to Kisumu by the lawmaker comes just a day after he was denied a chance to address the crowd gathered at Kang'o Ka Jaramogi in Siaya, during the funeral of the late Beryl Achieng Odinga.
