Mystery Deepens After Snake Found Under Ambulance Carrying Singer’s Remains

Tragedy struck Nigerian singer Ifunanya Nwangene after she allegedly died from a cobra bite while asleep in her Abuja home, and the events surrounding her death and burial have since raised widespread questions and concern.

Reports indicate that Nwangene was bitten on Saturday, January 31, and rushed to a hospital where doctors administered antivenom in an effort to save her. Despite emergency treatment, she sadly passed away, leaving fans and family in shock.

The singer’s death took a strange turn when a Nigerian spiritualist claimed the cobra attack might not have been accidental. 

According to the spiritualist, the incident could have been “spiritually induced” as punishment for an alleged online altercation in which Nwangene reportedly insulted an older woman. The claim quickly circulated online, sparking debates about spiritual retribution and online behavior.

The unusual events continued during the transportation of her body. Nwangene’s father had requested that her remains be taken to Enugu State for burial. 

However, while traveling along the Abuja Expressway, the ambulance reportedly broke down. During the delay, a snake was allegedly discovered under the vehicle and was subsequently killed.

Adding to the mystery, more snakes were reportedly found both inside and outside Nwangene’s home. Her uncle expressed confusion about how the reptiles could have accessed the residence, which was on the second floor. 

“Had she lived on the ground floor, one might argue that snakes entered through drainage systems or toilets, but she lived on the second floor,” he said, highlighting the unusual nature of the incidents.

Eyewitnesses and family members have described the events as bizarre, with many questioning whether the series of occurrences was coincidental or linked to deeper spiritual beliefs. 

Social media users have since speculated widely, some pointing to superstition, while others caution against jumping to conclusions.

The string of unusual developments—starting from the cobra bite, to the snake found under the ambulance, and the presence of reptiles around the singer’s home—has left many puzzled. 

While authorities and snake handlers are yet to provide detailed explanations, the incidents have sparked intense public interest and debate about the line between natural occurrences and supernatural beliefs.
