3 Robbery Suspects Lynched By Bodaboda Riders For Robbing Woman, 52, Shs350000 Along Kangundo Road

Three robbery suspects were on Sunday morning lynched by bodaboda riders for robbing 52-year-old woman Kshs350000 along Kangundo road, Nairobi County.

Police reports indicates that the gangsters had accosted the woman who was coming from Nairobi town aboard a saloon car before they flagged her down.

In a nick of time, the three handcuffed the woman into their waiting gateway car before one of them forced themselves in and grabbed the woman’s handbag containing Kshs 350,000.

A member of the public who witnessed the robbery incident reportedly raised an alarm attracting the attention of Bodaboda riders who responded to his distressed calls and lynched the trio to death.

During the melee, a story emerged that one of the suspect was earlier on convicted of robbery with violence offence before court of law.

According to the OB Number xx/23/16/2/2026, the trio are part of robbery suspects who had been terrorising the locals during curfew hours.

Police officers who toured the crime scene were unable to rescue the suspects from the lynching mob who were determined to make sure they get rid of them.

The bodies of the trio were transferred to Nairobi City mortuary for postmortem pending police investigations on the matter.
