At the heart of Nandi County, On top of Nandi Hills, Hillary Rugut decided to establish one of the most beautiful homes in Kenya. Rugut who is a professional in land scapping and also a land surveyor has been going viral, after his home featured on several properties shows and platforms.

A good number of Kenyans have agreed that he has the most beautiful home in Kenya. The home is located on a 0.4 acre land, and it is surrounded with indigenous trees. The environment is fresh and green, perhaps a very good place to connect with nature.

It is free from noise, and has a very nice breeze, keeping in mind it is located at Nandi hills.

Hillary revealed that the set-up of the entire home costed him Ksh.350,000. He did this sometime in 2018. He has a very cute 2 bedroom house, kitchen beside it and a granary.

The flowers in the compound have a therapeutic sweet smell, the entire environment is just charming, and it gives you peace of mind.

Rugut said that he has been receiving alot of tourists both from Kenya and abroad. Some just come for benchmarking, while others come for video shoot. He usually charges a small fee. The home is now becoming his source of income.
