"I'm Hurt" Isaac Mwaura's Wife Says As She Reveals What She Has Been Going Through Recently

Nelius Mukami, the wife of Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura, has opened up about her life and disclosed that life has not been easy for her recently.

The sassy maternal health advocate is actually currently going through a phase in her life, in which she is deeply hurt.

Nelius Mukami opened up about this in a post that she made on her social media platforms, where she revealed that all this pain has been brought about by the triggers that she has been getting from past trauma.

According to the mother of one, January has always been a month in which she is always triggered, because the month always reminds her of how she lost two of three kids in 2017.

Taking to both her Instagram account and her Facebook account recently, Nelius Mukami made posts that showed just how she felt.

"There's a silence tonight that didn't exist yesterday.

What a heavy day 😪" she said on instagram.

"Today didn't break me. It just took something with it. What a heavy day 😭😭...nothing is wrong but everything hurts" she said on her Facebook account.

Nelius Mukami appreciates her fans for checking on her

The aforementioned posts by Nelius Mukami also elicited some reactions from netizens, who comforted her in this difficult moment.

This was disclosed by the maternal health advocate via a post that she made on her Facebook account, where she appreciated everyone that did so.

"January has always been a trigger month for me. It carries so many conflicting emotions. January is when I became a mum, and it is also when I lost my child. It's a lot to hold at once, and some days it's still difficult to put into words how heavy it feels.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out, checked in, sent messages, prayers and love. It truly means more than I can explain.

If there's one thing i always say about myself, it's that I'm blessed with amazing friends and family. Even my friends here on Facebook always show up for me, and I never take that for granted.

I'm taking things one day at a time. I'm going to be better. That's all I can say for now ❤️❤️" she said.
