Former Nyeri MP Ngunjiri Wambugu has commended Mbeere North residents for electing Hon.

Leo Wamuthende as their MP. Wambugu made the statement after Wamuthende was spotted with PS Treasury Dr. Chris Kiptoo discussing budgetary allocations for development projects in Mbeere North.

Wamuthende said they explored possibilities of getting priority projects considered in the supplementary budget, adding he'll follow up to ensure Mbeere North secures support for development.
