'Tutakutana' - Mosiria Reveals Bitter Promise he Made to Babu After Allegedly Stealing Votes in UON

Nairobi city county chief officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Services Geoffrey Omatoke Mosiria has lifted the lid on the genesis of the disagreement between him and Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with a leading media station, Mosiria made it clear though he has no personal difference with Owino, their political disagreements began at the University of Nairobi.

According to Mosiria, Owino repeatedly stole his votes in UON polls to the extend that he was forced to make a very bitter promise to him.

"I promised Babu Owino that we shall one day meet and faceoff in an outside environment where UON management had no powers to protect him or influence results," revealed Mosiria.

As alleged by Mosiria, Babu Owino held the management of Nairobi University at ransom and repeatedly bungled the presidential elections in his favor.

"It's not that he was winning. He held the university administration at ransom and continuously stole my votes," decried Mosiria.

Years later, Mosiria has found himself working in the same environment with Babu Owino. Both are serving residents of Nairobi county.

Though Mosiria is not serving in elective position as opposed to Babu Owino, the former appears to be setting ground to launch his political journey.

Do you believe that Owino and Mosiria will one day lock horns?
